RSGx is expanding, and we’re looking for a Project Accountant who’s ready to help shape the way we manage financial performance across our projects and business. About the Role You’ll play a key role in improving our financial systems, processes and project reporting as we continue to scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with operational teams to support project forecasting, performance tracking and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, analyse and maintain project forecasts, estimates and profitability reports
Support month-end processes, financial accounting and job cost completion
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for assigned projects
Review and monitor cash flow across multiple projects
Assist in the development and implementation of improved financial systems and processes
Provide insights on cost vs earned value, trends, risks and opportunities
Partner with Project Managers to support strong commercial outcomes
About You
Project Accounting experience is essential (industry background flexible)
Strong understanding of project cost control, AR/AP and general financial accounting
Naturally curious with the initiative to dig into the numbers and ask the right questions
Confident communicator who can work across operations, finance and project delivery
