As a Goldpartner, RSGx were delighted to be invited to attend the Soldier On Pathways Networking Event in Sydney last week.
RSG axattendees included NSW state Manager, Anthony Arcuri and national recruitment manager Rebecca King. Anthony said “The event, which saw Soldier On veterans and their families come in and meet us, the pledge partners, was eye opening,especially in light of Anzac day.
We really learned about their experiences and told them what we look for in our recruits and how new starters gain experience within our organisation.”
Rebecca King said that “RSGx’s Australian business is booming and in order to meet some of our recruitment targets, we need to get out and meet people. Meeting people at events like this is fantastic, as we may not have been aware of these potential recruits before this sort of event.”
