The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools in real project environments. This is a hands-on delivery role — not research. You will integrate LLM solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI agents with existing platforms and lead end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
The AI Implementation Engineer will design and develop AI applications for construction and infrastructure environments; build and deploy LLM/RAG/agent-based solutions; integrate with Procore, P6, SharePoint and other platforms; lead projects from discovery to deployment; build implementation roadmaps; drive end-user adoption through training and change management.
About you
You bring 3+ years deploying AI/ML in production; strong Python; LLM/RAG/agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen); cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); MLOps (Docker, CI/CD); stakeholder communication; Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
