Niall Conlon

Global CEO

Niall is the Global CEO of RSGx.

Previously, Niall was appointed by EnerMech as the regional director of Australia and New Zealand. He grew the business organically from $55m annual revenue in 2013 to $165m in 2017, and through acquisition, increased the combined revenue from the Australian business to over $250m.

Trevor Cohen

CEO

Trevor Cohen is the CEO of RSGx in Australia and is responsible for leading RSGx as it continues to grow.

Trevor joined us from Downer, where he held the position of Head of Utilities Australia for close to eight years, doubling the revenue to AUD$1.3bn. This portfolio of the utilities business includes power, gas, telco, water and renewables within the wider Downer business.

Over the previous 30 years, Trevor worked for a number of large and ASX publicly listed companies in senior leadership positions, such as UGL, Transfield and most recently as CEO of Tenix, which was subsequently acquired by Downer in 2014.

Kris Caplice

Executive Director

Kris Caplice is an Executive Director of RSGx in Australia and responsible for the governance of operations in the region.

Kris previously held the position of Operations manager for EnerMech in Sydney. He was integral in doubling the company’s Australian electrical business to revenues in excess of $200m in the three years he held the role.

David O’Riordan

Director

David is a director and secretary of RSGx.

He is responsible for the governance of the business. Previously, David was the commercial manager for EPS in Sydney and involved with the acquisition of EPS by EnerMech. David was then relocated, along with another member of EPS to Houston, Texas to establish an electrical business line. In the period served in Texas, David was integral in the growth of the electrical and industrial services business lines, as they trebled in revenue from USD$40m in 2016 when David arrived to USD$120 by 2019.

Andy Colalillo

CFO

Andy is the Group CFO of RSGx.

Andy is responsible providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team, managing cashflow and business funding requirements, providing financial insight and governance to Management and the Board and assisting in determining business strategies, managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

Andy is a CPA with over 15 years experience across the Oil and Gas and Infrastructure industries in both financial and commercial roles and has been apart of a number of major infrastructure projects and maintenance contracts across Australia.

David Kasehagen

HSEQ Manager

David Kasehagen is the HSEQ Manager for RSGx in Australia.

David is responsible for supporting senior management through maintenance and further development of the health, safety environment and quality systems and to support projects to ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative requirements.

David has significant site experience, having worked onsite, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector for various companies throughout Australia.

Paul Hughes

General Manager Business
Development - Aus

Paul is responsible for strategy and growth, including new clients and opportunities, developing key relationships and key account management.

With over 25 years’ experience, Paul has an extensive track record of creating and maintaining key relationships across all market sectors and industries, going over and above in pursuit of delivering a successful outcome. Paul has a reputation for exceeding expectations, bringing his infectious energy and enthusiasm, into our high performing team.

Michael O’Connell

General Manager West

Michael is the General Manager of the Western region with RSGx, covering Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Michael brings over 20 years SMEIP construction, commissioning and completions experience and expertise to his role, having held key management positions with Kentz on resource, power and infrastructure mega-projects, both in Australia and internationally.
Most recently and before joining RSGx, Michael had been based in Perth as Operations Manager for a large multinational Engineering and Construction company

Diarmuid Leahy

General Manager East

Diarmuid is the General Manager of the Eastern region for RSGx, covering New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Diarmuid has been with RSGx since 2019 and after finishing his most recent assignment as ITS & Controls Commissioning Manager on WestConnex 3A M4-M5 Link Tunnels, was promoted to State Manager for NSW and ACT . He can since been promoted further to his current position of General Manager East.

Previously, Diarmuid worked both in Australia and abroad across multiple industries including infrastructure, water and water treatment.

John Walsh

General Manager Infrastructure Engineering

John is the General Manager of  Infrastructure Engineering with RSGx.

With 20 years’ experience in Engineering and Leadership positions, John brings a focus on delivering outcomes. He works well with clients to enable them to plan, design, create and operate major infrastructure, building and energy services projects.

With extensive experience leading large diverse teams on complex projects, John brings a passion for providing solutions to clients that deliver results that exceeds expectations. John previously worked with Arcadis on a number of building services and infrastructure projects.

Joe Tripodina

General Manager Water Engineering

Joe is the General Manager for water engineering for RSGx in Australia.

Joe is responsible for providing our clients with support for their complex Water / Wastewater infrastructure requirements. 

For over a decade, Joe led multidisciplined teams, executing projects in the utilities and heavy industry sectors. He is passionate about bringing purposeful teams and technology together to provide solutions that contribute to the sustainability of the environment.

Brendon Phillips

Snowy Regional Manager

Brendon is the regional manager for the Snowy region with RSGx. He supports all of our clients in the Snowy mountains region.

Brendon has over 35 years experience in various electrical and control system roles both nationally & internationally, with construction and commissioning experience in process industries, oil and gas and the energy sectors across a diverse range of projects. Prior to joining RSGx, Brendon was responsible for control system and HV commissioning for an international services company who provide support to the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Damian Hall

Regional Manager South – VIC/SA/TAS

Damian Hall is the manager of the Southern region, comprising of Victoria, South Australia ad Tasmania. He is responsible for providing our regional clients with support for their operations.

Previously Damian worked across multiple industries including mining, refining and infrastructure, and has worked across design, construction, right through to commissioning.

Dan Kibble

Regional Manager QLD

Dan is the manager of the Queensland region with RSGx, responsible for providing our clients with support for their Queensland operations.

Dan came to RSGx from Lendlease where he worked as Services Manager for QLD/NT.

On top of the building services experience, he also has significant experience in Oil & Gas on Ichthys and before that on QCLNG upstream as an area superintendent.

Brooke Lyle

National Assets Manager

Brooke Lyle is the National Assets Manager with RSGx in Australia. She is responsible for supporting all regionals with their asset requirements from procurement, through to logistics and maintenance.

Previously she was a project coordinator at EnerMech at the Brisbane office, the Queensland Curtis Island project and more recently on the Ichthys project in Darwin.

Donal Leahy

Project Services Manager

Donal is the Project Services Manager with RSGx nationally, with responsibility for providing our clients with project delivery support nationally for our precommissioning, commissioning and maintenance services.

Donal has a significant track record of success already within RSGx, having served in several Sydney and Brisbane-based infrastructure roles prior to his current role.
