The Position
We are seeking an experienced, organised Project Administrator to support our various projects’ operations.
This is a Perth based role in Burswood.
Key Responsibilities
Manage flights, accommodation, and travel logistics for project personnel once onboarded to the project.
Maintain registers (Electrical Workers, Training & Competency) and ensure compliance.
Book training and follow up on certifications.
Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Maintain site PPE stock levels and inventory if required.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate airport runs.
Provide admin support to the Project and Operations Manager
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong computer literacy skills (MS Office, Sharepoint, Procore, Approval Max and Xero or similar).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Good attention to detail.
