Exciting News: RSGx Acquires High Impact Solutions Group (HISG)
RSGx is pleased to announce the acquisition of HISG, a well-regarded industrial services specialist, providing expert services to hazardous plant facilities across Australia and internationally.
The acquisition expands our ability to provide innovative mechanical and electrical solutions in high-risk and complex environments such as sulphuric acid plants, lead processing facilities, chemical plants, uranium and high-radiation environments, as well as oil and gas facilities. It also substantially increases RSGx Group’s footprint in South Australia with HISG operating from headquarters in Adelaide.
Together, RSGx and HISG provide a fully integrated service offering spanning the entire asset lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, maintenance, shutdowns, and end-of-life demolition and rehabilitation.
