About the Role
We are currently seeking Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Engineers to join a groundbreaking renewable energy pilot project in the Pilbara, supporting Australia’s energy transition.

Project overview
- Integrated commissioning team role supporting shutdown, commissioning, and start-up
- Strong focus on safe, disciplined execution for a major client
- FIFO, 2:1 roster, WA
- Day and night shift options (night shift +30% uplift)
- Flights provided from Australian capital cities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in review and amendment of ITR’s, CTP’s & ISUPs.
- Commissioning of mechanical, piping and process systems (Mechanical) and LV auxiliary systems and HV equipment transformers, switch gear & protection relays (Electrical).
- Management of RLMU and GLMU drawings.
- Provide advice to the commissioning teams.
- Support the PSSR process, provide documentations to facilitate sign off.
About You
Electrical:
- Engineering Degree.
- Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning of new HV & LV equipment.
- HV and LV switchboard commissioning and testing experience.
- Circuit Breaker, CT, Voltage Transformer (VT), busbar testing experience.
- Transformer testing and commissioning experience.
Mechanical:
- Engineering Degree.
- Experience commissioning utility systems, such as air and water.
- Smelting experience is desirable.
- Experience commissioning mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, screw feeders, cooling towers, air compressors etc.
