About the Role
We are currently seeking Commissioning Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical Supervisors to provide effective leadership, and direction for commissioning personnel to ensure a safe and timely testing of the plant areas. Project scope is until December 2026.
Project overview:
- Integrated commissioning team role supporting shutdown, commissioning, and start-up
- Strong focus on safe, disciplined execution for a major client
- FIFO, 2:1 roster, WA
- Day and night shift options (night shift +30% uplift)
- Flights provided from Australian capital cities
Key responsibilities
- Provide support in development of ITR’s & CTP’s and ISUPs.
- Oversee commissioning of HV equipment transformers, switch gear & protection relays; instrumentation, mechanical & piping systems (as per the relevant discipline).
- Oversee commissioning crews.
- Attend CV walk downs for hand over from construction to commissioning.
- Ensure adherence to site work policies and run daily pre-starts.
About You
- Relevant (Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical) Trade Qualifications (Advanced Diploma Desirable).
- Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- S26 preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to assess working conditions and environment.
