About the Role
Join our team to supervise and coordinate Transmission and Distribution construction WA based projects.
This position will be a FIFO from Australian capital cities to Pilbara, WA on a 2:1 roster.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate HV electrical works across Transmission and Distribution Construction projects.
Lead and mentor Linesman crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of overhead and underground infrastructure.
Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications.
Manage daily scheduling resource allocation, and reporting.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project milestones.
Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management and life saving rules.
Support commissioning activities and ensure readiness for energisation.
Participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
About You
Supervisory experience in HV transmission/distribution on Construction or Resources projects.
Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems (Distribution Overhead or Underground).
S26 Supervisor.
Working at heights.
Confined space.
Gas Testing.
