At Itech Corporation, we specialise in delivering efficient, client-focused electrical and engineering solutions across a range of industries. As our Sydney project workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Construction Electrician to join us on a 6-month casual contract.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday, 40-50hrs per week
• Experience working in the Water Industry highly advantageous

This hands-on role will see you working on-site across a variety of commercial and industrial builds, contributing to the delivery of electrical works that are safe, accurate, and on schedule. You’ll be working closely with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations in accordance with drawings, standards, and safety procedures
• Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to SWMS
• Support project execution by resolving design queries and documenting changes
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area
• Raise material requests and coordinate with the admin team on deliveries
• Accurately complete timesheets and project records

Key Objectives

• Support the Electrical Supervisor with task planning and workforce coordination
• Uphold quality workmanship to avoid rework and meet timelines
• Assist with documentation including WHS site files, cable schedules, ITPs, and lookahead programs

What You’ll Need

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Construction White Card
• Demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial electrical installs
• Strong understanding of WHS and ability to follow SWMS
• Ability to interpret construction and technical drawings
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
