The opportunity

We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our construction teams for on-going work on major mining, resources and energy transition projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Australia’s major projects by ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across a variety of mining, resources, and energy projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and support across project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams.

Roster, Location & Benefits 

• BIBO from Perth (Burswood) to the Mid-West.
• 8:6 roster.
• 12-hour shifts.
• Competitive Salary Package (Base & Super) + 30% site uplift.

Qualifications & Experience 

• OHS Construction Card (White Card).
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential).
• ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred).
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Previous remote construction or resources experience in HSE.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
