We are seeking an experienced, organised Mobilisation Coordinator to support our busy team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
Collate and check qualifications and certificates.
Book flights, accommodation, medicals and training.
Upload mob pack to clients’ systems.
Update spreadsheets, send mobilisation emails.
Participate in clients’ bi-weekly meetings.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
