The Position As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our Western Region operations with the appointment of a PMO lead (Project Management Office). This role will primarily provide regional leadership across project governance, compliance, performance reporting, and operational support. Key Responsibilities
Govern regional PMO processes and reporting frameworks
Oversee performance, risk, cost, and schedule reporting.
Facilitate major proposal reviews and bid compliance.
Mentor and develop PMO Engineers and site teams.
Support mobilisation, hypercare, and project readiness.
Ensure reporting accuracy and system compliance.
Drive continuous improvement and close-out processes.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction
Ideally operational experience overseeing projects, however past project management and delivery experience is essential
Strong commercial and project delivery acumen
Good communication skills and team leadership capabilities
