With a strong track record of success in the Pilbara, including the delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure and solar power installations on mine sites, we pride ourselves on doing things differently – safely, efficiently, and collaboratively.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major solar power and high-voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure project in the Pilbara region on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth or WA regional hubs.

About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of solar farm and HV electrical construction scopes within a live mining environment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with client representatives to ensure project outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver renewable, solar power and electrical infrastructure projects on time and within budget
• Lead and motivate construction teams and contractors on site
• Coordinate scheduling, procurement, cost control, and reporting
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Champion safety, quality, and environmental performance across all activities
• Manage project risks, variations, and contractual obligations
• Foster a proactive and solutions-focused site culture

About You

You bring proven experience delivering solar farm or renewable energy infrastructure projects, ideally in the Pilbara or remote mine site environments, with a strong understanding of HV systems and solar installations. Powerline construction experience highly advantageous, Including:

• Demonstrated leadership of construction teams in FIFO or remote settings
• Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and project controls capability
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction
• Commitment to safety leadership and team development
• Willing and able to work a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth or Interstate
