About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Construction Manager – Electrical Projects to lead and support the successful execution of major electrical construction projects across regional Western Australia. Working closely with project delivery teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As Regional Construction Manager, you will oversee the execution of electrical construction scopes on a portfolio of RSGx projects. You’ll be the critical link between the site teams and corporate support functions, ensuring alignment across safety, commercial, quality, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects, while working closely with project teams to monitor performance, remove roadblocks, and drive successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and proactively resolve issues.
• Support the implementation of detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring works are executed in accordance with WHS policies and site-specific procedures.
• Oversee daily site operations where required, including subcontractor performance, materials, logistics, and interface coordination.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and commercial outcomes, escalating and resolving delays or emerging risks.
• Guide and mentor site-based teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in constructability reviews, risk assessments, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to regional workforce planning and resource mobilisation strategies.

About You

Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Supervisor role within the electrical or infrastructure sectors, ideally in mining or renewables. Bring a deep understanding of electrical construction and commissioning principles, including HV/LV, substations, or power distribution.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and support multiple projects simultaneously across geographically diverse locations.
• Strong commercial, safety, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Trade qualification, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience working with tier 1 operators or EPC contractors is highly desirable.
