The Position As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our Precontracts team with the appointment of a Senior Bid Manager with Electrical background here in Perth. Reporting to the Precontracts Manager, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of bid management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end bid process for various projects.
Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards.
Prepare compelling, competitive, and compliant submissions within strict deadlines.
Develop relationships with client’s procurement teams.
Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and tools.
About You
8 years+ in Project and / or Bid Management role, ideally within the Electrical construction or engineering industry.
Technical background (Electrical).
Planning and Estimating knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
