The Position
As RSGx continues to experience exponential growth, we are looking to strengthen our resourcing team in WA with the appointment of a Senior Resourcing Advisor. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will ultimately become the resourcing partner for our Project Services stream, one of our largest divisions delivering high volume resourcing solutions for clients and projects across WA and NT. This role will give you ownership of your remit and true opportunity for business partnering. Our resourcing team thinks differently, and we are pushing the boundaries when it comes to achieving a sustainable workforce here in WA.
 
Key Responsibilities
Your primary purpose is to partner with business leaders to ensure resource forecasting and transactional recruitment is delivered in accordance with business and project requirements. Key duties:
·        Stakeholder management, support and guidance to ensure recruitment best practice
·        Complete transactional recruitment, ensuring due diligence in hiring and also the onboarding process
·        Supporting and leading strategic initiatives to combat the local skills shortage
·        Continuous sourcing, both internally and externally to ensure optimised recruitment output
·        Supporting internal mobility and redeployment opportunities to ensure high staff retention
·        Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure proactive resourcing support is continuous

About You
·         Blue Collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent ability to build and maintain relationships
·         Internal or external recruitment experience, although some internal experience would be highly regarded
·         A can-do attitude and willing to push the boundaries with strategic recruitment initiatives
·         A team player with good communication skills.
