The Role
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to work with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements. The role will help translate business needs into functional system and software solutions that improve processes and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Evaluate inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business practices and system functionality.
• Develop project plans using project management principles, including resource and cost management.
• Deploy functional solutions, including developing and implementing system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
• Create functional specifications for system developers.
• Prepare user and trainer documentation and deliver formal training sessions.
• Act as a reference point for project decision-making, providing guidance and assistance.
• Use data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications.

About You

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems is desirable.

Qualifications & Requirements (Australia)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure industries is desirable.
