Team Assistant

The Position

• Assist with various office duties: 
  • Stock of stationary and kitchen supplies. 
  • Deliveries, kitchen duties.
• Support senior managers with admin requirements including time sheeting, presentations, meeting agendas and bookings.
• Oversee events’ organisation and coordination. 

About You

• Good communications skills.
• Well organised with good attention to detail. 
• MS Office user.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
