RSGx is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Frechtling as General Manager – Legal, Commercial & Risk, with responsibility for developing our commercial and project governance frameworks to enable us to structure, secure and deliver projects that meet the mutual project objectives we establish with our clients.
Ian comes to us with 20 years of experience leading the commercial and legal functions across construction, manufacturing and finance sectors including Martinus Rail, and Tier One operators UGL, Downer, Fisher & Paykel and Beca. This has included market development and expansion and process improvements that have created greater synergies in the delivery of portfolios of projects (energy, power gen & transmission, water and renewables).
Ian commenced with RSGx in the role and he stated: “I am looking forward to leveraging additional value for the RSGx business, a business very well positioned to continue its growth and expansion in the Australian market. I’m particularly impressed with the calibre of the RSGx team members, their goals and aspirations and the experience and expertise they bring to the table. Thrilled to be on board”.
