Day-to-day you will maintain and continuously improve the management system, refining procedures, safe systems of work, and supporting teams on Risk Assessments and Method Statements, while building regional capability through established QHSE qualification standards and training programmes. When incidents arise, you will hold full authority over investigations and provide direct client support on QHSE matters across our Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania projects.

Formal HSE qualifications and demonstrated experience on major projects within the mining, resources, or infrastructure / construction sector. Experience working on electrical and mechanical projects will be highly regarded.
You will possess strong working knowledge of HSE Legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards, and management systems including ISO45001 and ISO14001, with hands-on experience in auditing, site inspections, and hazard identification.
You will be a confident investigator, experienced in ICAM or similar methodologies, with the ability to design and deliver training across a broad team as required. Strong communication skills, the ability to engage at all levels, and a valid Driver’s Licence are essential for this regional role.
