We are pleased to announce a partnership with
Engineers Australia.

We look forward to working closely together with a trusted voice of the profession in a move that will allow our engineering workforce to be members of Engineers Australia, and in turn, earn Chartered status, an internationally recognised credential.

We have a number of new faces, from graduates through to highly experienced, professional engineers. Our graduate program will gain significantly from the support structures provided for by the Engineers Australia affiliation. Engineers Australia have a repository of materials that will ensure our Graduates are supported on their journey towards chartership.

In addition to our internal mentor program, where young engineers are paired with senior engineers to support them, Engineers Australia provides an additional level of external mentoring. We believe this will have a significant impact on the professional growth of our engineers.

“RSGx believe that investing in innovation, technology and our people are the cornerstones of a successful business.” says Kris Caplice, Regional Manager of Asia Pacific for RSGx Australia.

“In this case, enhancing our people’s skills with an internationally recognised certification is part of our commitment to excellence. We believe that our partnership with Engineers Australia will play a vital role in empowering our engineers to grow their capabilities, their understanding and eventually their careers. This affiliation which will benefit our engineers individually and will benefit the RSGx group as a whole.”
