RSGx welcomes Trevor Cohen as CEO of RSGx in Australia

RSGx is delighted to announce the appointment of Trevor Cohen as CEO of RSGx. Trevor’s focus will be on leading the continued success and growth of RSGx across Australia.

Trevor joins us from Downer, whereas the Head of Utilities - Australia for some eight years he successfully doubled the company’s revenue to AUD$1.3bn. The portfolio of the utilities business included power, gas, telco, water and renewables across the wider Downer business.

Spanning a thirty year career, and in senior leadership positions, Trevor has worked for several large and ASX publicly listed companies including UGL, Transfield and most recently as CEO of Tenix. A company that was subsequently acquired by Downer in 2014.

Discussing his new appointment Trevor stated: “After three and a half decades of holding senior positions in tier one organisations, along with having built a strong reputation in the utilities sector, it energises and excites me to have this opportunity to lead RSGx, particularly as it embarks on its next significant growth phase. I am looking forward to working with this high performing, can-do and enthusiastic team.

What RSGx has achieved over the past three years is impressive, and with my considerable experience I am looking forward to leading the capability of RSGx to consolidate what we do well, and to also develop new and innovative opportunities.”

In addition, RSGx’s newly appointed COOof the Australian business, Kris Caplice said: “It’s great for me to take up the role of COO and work with someone of Trevor’s experience, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Australian business. This new structure will allow us to scale up sustainably as we embark on our next growth phase.
